We are happy to welcome Payton Allen Alf into our crazy world. He was born on October 8th at 4:24 a.m. We are overjoyed and love being new parents- well, most of the time. Don't ask at 2 a.m. He is happy and healthy and always full of precious surprises! We are praising the Lord every step of the way as He seems to be showing us how to love our little bundle and teaching us to rely on Him for even the smallest of things. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing birth or for a more perfect child.

Notice the yawn; Payton is saying, "Ho hum.. Mommie is so long-winded. And I haven't even heard Daddy preach yet."
